Questions that people ask frequently... well sometimes

What is the cut-off time for me to place my order?

Technically – you can order your flowers whenever – when you wake up at 1am realising you've almost forgotten someone's birthday, during your lunch break at work... basically – whenever you feel the urge. But if you want them delivered same day – the order will need to be placed by 2pm (in the time zone of the lucky recipient) that day. See more info here

How long do I cook 2 minute noodles for?

Again – you can cook 2 minute noodles for as long as you want, but seeing as they hid 37 scientists in an attic doing nothing but cooking noodles for 6 months to find the optimum cooking time, you might as well listen to their advice and cook them for 2 minutes.

Can my order be delivered on weekends and/or public holidays?

Saturday deliveries are available in most areas, and can be delivered same day if the order is placed before 10am in the recipient's time zone. However Saturday delivery is not available in all rural and/or restricted areas. Sunday and Public Holiday delivery is not available, we thought we should give the florists and delivery people at least one day of rest a week.

Will the person delivering my flowers be smiling?

Of course! Who doesn’t love delivering flowers and making others happy? Although if they startle you when you open the door and you smack them over the head with a fry pan – they probably won’t be smiling.

What if no one answers when the flowers are delivered?

If the deliverer can find a 'safe' place to leave the flowers – they will be there for when the lucky recipient returns. If it’s a little risky – they will leave a ‘not at home’ card with instructions to call. However - it’s best that you enter the delivery address that the recipient will be at. See more detail here

Does that little white man really deliver the stuff on a scooter?

No – he doesn’t have the time, although it might be quicker in peak hour traffic – scooters don’t go too fast on the highway. We have real people who use their legs, cars, trucks, whatever it takes to get the flowers delivered quickly, whilst still looking as gorgeous as they were the second the bow was tied.
