I imagine a basket of flowers to be held by little red riding hood. Of course none of the delivery personnel that will deliver these flowers will look like little red riding hood, 'cause she was a fictitious story character and thus doesn't exist.
Some people are dull, no matter what you give them or how you motivate them they are just dull. Don't waste these vibrant beautiful flowers on your dull friends. Send these to yourself (unless you are dull too) and find some duller flowers for your friends.
Rule is simple:
Dull people -> Dull flowers
Vibrant people -> Vibrant flowers.
